Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by TTM Network Pte. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

TTM Network provides digital content monetization, channel management, content licensing, analytics optimization, and multi-platform distribution services as a certified Dailymotion MCN operator. Our services are designed to help content owners, production studios, and creators maximize their revenue across digital platforms.

3. Service Delivery Terms

• Services are provided on an "as is" basis, subject to platform policies and regulatory requirements
• Channel setup and activation typically occur within 24-48 hours of partnership agreement
• Revenue sharing is based on negotiated terms outlined in individual service agreements
• All content must comply with Dailymotion platform policies and applicable laws
• Company reserves the right to suspend services for policy violations or legal non-compliance

4. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge that you own or have the necessary rights to license the content provided to us. You warrant that:

• All content is original, legally obtained, or properly licensed
• You have obtained necessary permissions from all parties with rights in the content
• The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
• The content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies

Company acts as a distribution agent and retains the right to manage your content across licensed platforms.

5. Revenue Sharing and Payments

• Revenue is calculated based on ad monetization from licensed platforms
• Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements (typically ranging from 50/50 to 80/20)
• Payments are processed monthly with transparent revenue reporting
• Early payment programs may be available with competitive fees
• Company is not liable for payment delays caused by platform issues or regulatory actions

6. Compliance and Content Moderation

You agree to ensure that all content:

• Complies with Dailymotion Community Guidelines and policies
• Does not contain prohibited content (violence, hate speech, copyright infringement, etc.)
• Does not violate applicable laws and regulations
• Does not infringe on third-party rights

Company reserves the right to remove content, suspend channels, or terminate services for policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity
• Actions taken by platform partners or third parties
• Service interruptions due to technical issues or platform changes
• Changes to platform policies or monetization criteria

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• Mutual written agreement
• Material breach of terms (with 30 days' notice to cure)
• Sustained policy violations or legal non-compliance
• Immediate termination for severe violations

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business strategies, client lists, or analytics data shared during the service relationship. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the service agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration according to applicable laws in Singapore.
